We are on the vulnerable list for electricity. They phoned when we had a power cut to check we were OK and to give us a time scale of when the power would be back on.7

Another manic Monday work-wise, busy for most of the day today. At least the day will fly by.
Not a NSD as the Mr M delivery is arriving later plus I bought my train tickets for tomorrow. Won't get another NSD day until Wednesday.
So looking forward to tomorrow, I really need a catch up with friends and a day off work. Just to get out of the house without Mr SA will be bliss.
Currently trying to get through to the chemists as Mr SA's meds run out this week, they usually deliver them to the house but haven't recently so I need to find out what's wrong. Their phone is constantly engaged they're as bad as the doctors.
The aim is to hit my 16k steps target plus do a WW live HIIT session after work.
Mr SA has lost the dog's collar, he took it off last night and can't remember where he put it, I've looked all over. Fortunately she has a spare collar and tag. He took her out this morning and we'll both take her at lunchtime, need to be back before 1.30 as I have a meeting.

Ended up doing an hour and a half over work hours today. Fortunately get back via flexi. I’ve now got 16 hours built up in flexi which will come in handy at some stage.Mr SA had forgotten about me being out with friends tomorrow and kicked off a bit. Put my foot down as when I retire I don’t want to be sitting about the house all day just because he doesn’t want me going anywhere without him. I was an only child and my mum was extremely protective of me, wouldn’t let me go anywhere. I feel like I went straight from that to Mr SA not wanting me to go anywhere. I need my freedom 🔓
The veggie gumbo I cooked tonight is absolutely delicious 😋 Made two portions so will freeze the other. Need to get some quick dinners in the freezer for the days when I’m back in the office.Mr M delivery arrived on time with no subs or missing items 👏
So looking forward to tomorrow. I need this day out so much.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Have a lovely day out. My exh would do everything to stop me going out, from making sure there was no money, to needing to ‘drop me off’ as something suddenly needed doing to my car, to happening to be just in the same place….stand your ground!
