Oh no hope you heal soon ❤️I remember once when I caught my foot on the back door step and fell into the house,my hands were full of bags of food shopping I just landed face down in a kind of star shape still clutching my bags. My DD was doubled over laughing and I couldn't get up because I was laughing too much.it must have looked really comical 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1204

The worst fall I saw was in a busy city. I was walking across a crossing and someone was coming the other way, tripped and did this awful stagger for about 4 paces while they tried to regain their balance before bouncing and sliding across the crossing on their face. All the time they were staggering, they were desperately trying to get their hands out of their pockets! When they landed there was a lot of blood and about 10 people closer than I ran to pick them up and sit them on a bench so I didn’t stop. It was really awful, but shamefully I still can’t stop laughing when I think of the look on their face as they hopped past me wrestling to free their hands 🤭 it was morbidly funny…and a big lesson to keep my hands free at all times. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

We made it to Friday 😁
Back to WFH today thank goodness. I've got the kitten with me at the moment and she's creating havoc. Now she's settling in she wants to explore and be on the move constantly, not content with just sitting on my knee quietly. She loves looking out of windows.
Still setting things up on the new laptop but it's almost done now, been on overnight. A few things are still missing but we've been told it takes up to 36 hours to properly finish.
Should be NSD 6/12 today.
Need to give the bathroom a good clean at some stage. Exercise wise it will be a strength training and a stretch after work plus a walk at lunchtime with the dog.
I'm not too sore today after yesterday's fall which is good.
Have a fabulous Friday.

In other news Mr SA has broken the zip on his new coat, only bought it last month 😩 Going to try and return it tomorrow which means a trip into town. All Mr SA is bothered about is will he get a coffee out of it! Didn’t keep the receipt but shouldn’t need one with it being faulty.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

One of my most annoying trips, @Sun_Addict, was years ago when we decided to have a day out to Lichfield. I was wearing my new backless platform sandals. They were brand new, first time of wearing. Mr F said as we came out of the car park 'Are you sure you can walk in those?' I gave him a look & said of course I could or I wouldn't have bought them, would I? About 5 mins later I stumbled in them & went absolutely flying in the middle of an area of public seating. My foot had fallen off one of the platform soles, but of course to avoid any 'I told you so looks', I had to pretend I had tripped over a non-existent wonky paving slab.
Re coat zips. My winter coat, which I bought a couple of years ago had a stiff zip. It improved, but still isn't perfect & if stocks of any sizes bigger than an actual twiglet hadn't been so low, I think I'd have gone back & exchanged it. I could get the zip undone, but then it wouldn't come apart at the bottom & I really had to wrestle with it. If Mr SA's new coat has had a similar issue, I can see how it might have broken. There was one occasion in a shop where I wanted to take my coat off & couldn't actually do it because that last bit of zip simply wouldn't unfasten. I had to force it or wait till I got home. Hope you manage to return it ok.

If she is six months then she might need her little op before she goes out.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

I must admit I was concerned about the kitten when she first came here. She had a poorly tummy and wasn’t very lively. Now she’s like a different cat, no stinky litter tray, she’s really playful and exploring everywhere.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Our dog was very subdued when we picked the scrawny sod up. Didn't take him long to come out of his shell. Took him a long time to put some body weight back on mind.4
