MandM90 said:Went with HM katsu sauce, bit of veg, rice and veggie nuggets. When I have more time I will try it with breaded aubergine and sweet potato but that was a bit much for me tonight!
Everyone enjoyed it and cleared their plates, including the toddler. I would've thinned the sauce a bit more if it was just adults eating but it's a bit of a disaster with DS and he had seconds and thirds of the sauce which was salt-free so he could shovel it in with glee.
We had peanut butter curry with leftover Quorn roast, broccoli, carrot, onion and pepper, served with rice.
Might have some sticky toffee pudding with custard.3 -
Tonight will be kidney beans balls (like meatballs…but not), spaghetti, broccoli and garlic bread. I’m going to prep it now and then I can focus on work stuff for the rest of the day. I’ve already made and frozen chilli and pasties for weds/thurs which massively takes off pressure!2

Just popping my head round the door to say I made this biscuit recipe the other day and it turned out to be both easy and delicious, although the amount of ginger is a bit strong for little ones I think.

Swede and potato pasties (Hugh fearnley whittingstall recipe) and beans. I made and froze them at the weekend so it’ll be easy peasy. Also have 2 portions HM mushroom soup and 3 portions of spaghetti and bean balls in the fridge as well as some veggie sausage rolls. Feeling very on top of feeding the troops!!2

Tonight will be a re-run of spud and swede mash. Also got two Vegan Pukka pies out of the freezer so will have those and maybe some veg or something with them but not really sure they will need anything additional.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
