We had oven baked mushroom risotto and oven baked salmon, topped with rocket.3

Heated up the LO pasta from the night before last and grilled a lamb kebab that i chopped up and mixed in.
Also made a veggie casserole incl a tin of lentil soup that DM gave me ages ago because she didn't want it, it's been hanging around for ages doing my head in.
The casserole has quite a lot of liquid left which is good (prev one was mushy) becasue it means i can add things per portion as i use it like dumplings, veggie meatballs, some noodles / pasta and the like.
I think its going to be taking up some of the space I'd made in the freezer though.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Chilli (or maybe veg chilli) from the freezer tonight.
My menu plan and freezer inventory say that both are in there, but I couldn't see either when I was having a quick freezer rummage yesterday, Hmmmm. I really need to tidy/defrost both freezers now that I am starting to need space for Christmas goodies .......

Last night I premade bean balls (like meatballs!) from my Veganomicon cookbook, and marinara sauce. Will have with spaghetti later.3

Sourdough toast topped with mozzarella and a mix of tomatoes (still home grown), fried onion, basil and balsamic vinegar.
After was banana and custard to use up some bananas that were looking past their best.2 -
Had a portion of the veggie casserole with some baby pasta shells I'd cooked up...kinda soupy pasta. Very nice and quite healthy (bar the parmesan i grated on...everything is better wjth cheese)
Also finished off the last portion of apple and almond pud with some ideal mill when I got back from the gym.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
