Heated up some roast chicken,  with roast potatoes, sliced carrots and some bread sauce, all from the freezer.

Also peeled a pile of veg and got some stock out of the freezer to make a veg casserole. Stock is actually HM chicken as OH who is veggie isn't keen on casseroles.

Husband had steak pie, daughter had roast veg tart and I had vege toad in the hole, rest of pastry used to make sausage rolls with rest of vege sausages. With roast potatoes, mushy peas, broccoli and peas.

I also sorted the fridge out and made a big pan of soup, which is lunch for next couple of days. With the vege sausage rolls.

Dinner will be very simple. Stir fried veg and brown rice.

Lunch will be homemade Muhammara (red pepper and walnut dip) with falafels and cous cous both made from mixes from the store cupboard, salad LO from dinner last night and wraps from the freezer.

DD went to school with Spanish omelette made to use up LO chips from last night
