Thought shopping was being delivered today but it's tomorrow so had to improvise. Found 3 burger buns in freezer so made homemade chips, homemade burgers with tinned beans, sweetcorn, onion, flour and herbs/spices and will serve with lettuce, grated carrot and pickled beetroot.
Lunch was mushrooms on toast. They were looking sad so I was glad to use them up!3 -

@kerri_gt - hope your race went well. Sorry I drank the wine before you got here.
I managed an epic 10 hrs and 27 mins sleep last night and bounded out of bed this morning feeling like a new woman. I've spent large parts of today smiling at people too, so I'm planning to go to bed similarly early tonight.
I had a pitta bread stuffed with cottage cheese and all sorts of salad and pickle leftovers from the week followed by a satsuma and a coffee.2 -
