Hello again
I made a recipe from the grocery challenge thread today, aubergine and courgette bake I think it was called, it was very near the top anyway and it was quite tasty and better still the aubergines, courgettes, tomatoes, parsley and basil were home grown and I served it with home grown potatoes and green beans, so frugal as well. There's enough for me tomorrow as well.
