A couple of skinless boneless salmon fillets, which I have seasoned with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of black pepper then wrapped in sheets of buttery filo pastry with a dusting of black onion seeds. They'll be baked until golden and crispy, and served with our own home-grown French beans from the garden (via the freezer). There's ice cream for pud if wanted.2

Pizza and salad for us tonight, with cheesecake for pud. I have lots of bits and pieces to use up in the fridge which will be thrown on as toppings (for the pizza, not the cheesecake!).1

Not sure what tonight's tea will be but I've just whipped up the tastiest pasta dish for lunch - I guess it's an Al Fredo of sorts. SO unhealthy but really tasty. I boiled tagliatelle in heavily salted water, and then once cooked, made the sauce from parmesan cheese, butter and the pasta water. Added garlic, lots of pepper and chilli flakes and stirred through until the sauce blended and became creamy. Yum!3
