Last night we had bread crumbed chops. I actually made proper breadcrumbs and put different bits in it too like peppercorn, chilli flakes, garlic powder etc. Also whizzed some of the new kfc crisps into it. We had that with rice, mushroom and curry sauce. I made us a mini icecream sundaes, with smarties, marshmallows and biscuits
Tonight- sliced potatoes and i cooked them in sesame oil, olive oil, chilli flakes and honey. Had with frozen trout from Iceland, and fried tomatoes/mushrooms.

I fried up the some of the leftover sliced crispy danish potatoes and topped them with an egg and some cheddar cheese and then ate them with petits pois, green beans and carrots followed by a banana.

I had lasagne and salad last night (freezer batch cook offering). Tonight I had KFC chicken made with pork crackling for the coating, coleslaw and salad.
Seem to have a freezer full of stuff that I have batch cooked in the past that needs using as there is no room for anything else in there so think I will have a concerted effort this week to empty it.

Pasta with chopped pepper and meatballs per Sat.
I've also just found a random tub of something in the freezer,  must investigate what it is. Need to do a tidy up.

Pasta bol tonight and I've kept some cooked mince by for tomorrow night to do a stew for St Patricks day meal. I do have beef in freezer but just thought it would be an opportunity to stretch the mince for two nights.

Last of the sliced potatoes (thankfully) fried up with an egg accompanied by green beans and sweetcorn from the freezer. Shall be giving potatoes a miss for a while now as I don't fancy them in any guise any more! Am enjoying planning what to leave in the slow cooker tomorrow afternoon and leaning towards brown lentils at the moment.

Me too! I have amassed so many portions of homemade vegetable soup, which has basically filled the freezer, so that will be my lunches for the foreseeable future while I'm working from home. I always freeze leftovers we won't eat so do have a good stash of home made ready meals, which again I'll probably have to have for my lunches as well.

I really want to use up what's already in the freezer and start to use it more efficiently to store yellow sticker items or bargain bulk buys.

Unsure what tonight's tea will be as yet, but likely a cottage pie.
