Have chucked a HM veggie lasagne from the freezer into the oven, bit annoyed with myself, if I'd have planned better i could've got it out to defrost earlier.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I usually cook my homemade freezer meals from frozen too. I usually pop into an oven dish and cover with foil for around half an hour to heat through without burning the top.kerri_gt said:Have chucked a HM veggie lasagne from the freezer into the oven, bit annoyed with myself, if I'd have planned better i could've got it out to defrost earlier.2 -
last night I had an all day breakfast for tea. Tonight I have had steak and kidney pie with some cauliflower mash. Strawberries and cream for pudding.1

A selection of those £1 party food starters, mozzarella sticks for instance. And pizza. Will share a pepperoni and a cheese one. They were both reduced from £1 to 69p so all in all a cheap and cheerful dinner.2
