I had spicy meatballs in tomato sauce with paprika, leek, courgette, peppers. Served with mushrooms filled with cheesy spinach sauce.

Didn't get lunch til 3pm (green salad with Caesar dressing,  some sliced ham, hard boiled egg and raw carrots) so 'dinner' was a shared portion of apple crumble tart with cream LO from Sunday's roast.

Had batch cooked ragu with cous cous and radish and cucumber salad for lunch. Use it up fridge clearout stir fry for dinner with celeriac wedges that I roasted in the oven followed by cheese and biscuits with cucumber and dried figs. Also baked surplus mushrooms and plum tomatoes together to combine with eggs for weekend breakfast thus making space in the veg drawer in the fridge.

@goldfinches those plums look delicious. I’m sure OH would love those with yoghurt. I just went searching... is this the correct recipe https://www.kaveyeats.com/ginger-roasted-plums-with-lime-rum-muscovado-cream ? Thanks!
