Leek, mushroom and gruyere quiche with gherkins, tomatoes and green salad and had the last of the tabouleh for lunch so will be cooking for the week tomorrow.
I'm lounging on the sofa planning how to make the best use of the oven tomorrow at the moment but just thought I'd pop this tabouleh photo on because all the colours have come out so nicely especially the lettuce/radish contrast!
Wishing everyone an easily bearable Monday, goldfinches.5 -
Sausage casserole for us tonight (I always use the Hairy Bikers' recipe, it's SO good!). Serving with cabbage, a small amount of mashed potato, and I have some part-baked sour dough rolls in the oven to go with it.6

Tonight will either be pie, chips and beans or I've got stuff in to make a meatball and garlic bread traybake recipe I found on BBC Good Food. Never tried that before and I'm determined to try new recipes so we don't eat the same meals over and over.5

Sea Bass fried in butter and lemon served with celeriac puree, a sauce made of asparagus, prawns, courgette, garlic, dill, parsley and shallots and with samphire friend in the pan that had the fish fried in. I am trying to increase the amount of fish we eat but now need to find some more recipes to try.4
