Sea Bass fried in butter and lemon served with celeriac puree, a sauce made of asparagus, prawns, courgette, garlic, dill, parsley and shallots and with samphire friend in the pan that had the fish fried in. I am trying to increase the amount of fish we eat but now need to find some more recipes to try.
