Lol! Unbelievably, I have also had chicken curry!
It was made with coconut cream, peppers, courgettes, shallots etc and served it with spiced muchrooms and a HM pickled veg side dish using chopped shallots, cucumber, tomatoe, pomegranate seeds, coriander, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, splash of WWvinegar, tiny bit of sweetener and salt/pepper.

We also had chicken curry, balti.

With dahl, rice, poppadoms and samosas.

Clearly there was an OS-curry-mindmeld yesterday! Yours sounded really delicious, rach.

Tonight we are going veggie, and I am making a leek, cheese and potato puff pastry pie to be served with steamed spring greens.

I had HM garlic bread using a low carb recipe with chicken and veg soup from the freezer. Husband and I have now made a pact that we both eat stinky food on the same night as I kept complaining he had garlic breath last time he made garlic bread. He had his with a vegetable soup as he's vegan.

Only just finished work so quorn nuggets are in with the last of some sweet potato fries that have fallen out of favour vs my HM oven chips. Think OH is having his with curry sauce.

I haven't been on for a few days. I've had a significant birthday and decided to have not so much an indulgent week as far as food is concerned, but just been more relaxed about not cooking a proper meal every night, if that makes sense. So it's mainly been party food, oven food, things that don't normally go together and take away. Anyway, back to normal tonight...by no means healthy but I cooked it- fried rice, using some of the gammon I cooked last night. x
