It must be National Chicken Curry Day (as well as World Book Day) - we are having chicken curry too, finishing up the one I made yesterday. I hadn't anticipated there being enough for two days' worth for us, so that's a nice bonus! (scuttles off to amend this week's meal plan accordingly .....)

I also have a portion of curry out from the freezer - there's a portion of rice too so it gets two boxes out of the freezer. It's a veggie one so although it's planned for me, OH can have it if he wants. If not I'm going to cut up and add a 'chicken on a stick' thing that I got in a Too Good To Go Bag last night - it is probably about as appealing as it sounds and right up there with microwave burgers which I ate as a teen and those horrible looking Fridge Raider type snacks
Hoping hidden in a curry it will be ok (it's apparently a Vindloo flavour but I'm sure it can't be that spicy) Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Did anyone take advantage of the code for Hello Fresh that was on offer a couple of weeks a go?
I had my last of this weeks 3 meals last night and so far I am impressed.
Once the 5 weeks are up unless they throw another discount my way I doubt I will carry on with them but I am saving the recipe cards so I can make them again.SPC 0373 -
Ok, the chicken on a stick thing really wasn't Vindaloo spicy at all, got chopped up in the LO freezer curry as planned and nuked. Was actually quite acceptable overall.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
