Tomato and chilli sauce with more of the garlic bread followed by cheese and fruit.3

I made a roasted vegetable lasagne from last nights roast veg mountain. I made too much bechamel sauce so I quickly boiled some macaroni, leeks and broccoli and made a macaroni cheese, froze it in lunch size containers.4

Loving reading all these for dinner inspiration. I love to cook - I'm good at it and make everything from scratch - but tend to make the same dishes regularly and rotate the menu every couple of weeks. Doesn't help that one of my step sons is a bit of a fussy eater, which restricts what I make sometimes (I'm certainly not cooking us all different dinners to accommodate!).
Tonight is cottage pie for us, with mange tout and cabbage.4 -
I've made a chicken curry for us tonight, padded out with some veg (potatoes, peas, red and green peppers), and instead of rice I will probably whip up some naan to go with it.3

It was Mkakway chicken curry last night and tonight it is bolognese, pasta and a cheesy top mmmm4
