I made soup and a sourdough loaf (sourdough from a packet mix from Tessco)
The soup had all the leftover veg, from the dinner prep and pre soaked pulses. We had some for lunch and the rest will do the beginning of week.
For dinner husband had turkey, daughter and I had vegan sausages, with stuffing, gravy, roast potatoes, green beans, brussel sprouts, green cauliflower (cant remember its proper name) and root mash.

    ETA, green cauliflower = romanesca
  • Tonight we had fish pie, with veggies.

I had vegetable soup followed by chipotle roasted cauliflower and rocket and tomato salad. Haven't got space for my planned melon so will either eat it later or more likely for breakfast.

  • We had grilled sausages with potato wedges and red onion, followed by the last 2 mini magnums.

  • We had a roast dinner today, but I had a low carb version with chicken thighs, meat stuffing, spiced red cabbage, swede puree, celeriac dauphinoise, broccoli and cauliflower. Had a slice of snickers cake for pudding with thick cream made with sweetener and almond flour to keep LC.
