Yesterday had turkey tortilla's for dinner, first time in ages - OH got creative making 'peri-nnaise' with regular mayo, some very aggressive garlic mayo and sweet chilli sauce - definitely a success.
Tonight is tuna pasta bake, as I want something easy, if I get my act together we'll have mincemeat and apple tart for pudding.2024 Fashion on the Ration - 10/66 coupons used

Last night I had steak in a creamy garlic sauce with mushrooms and onions with salad.
Tonight it is a HM chilli with melted cheese from the freezer with HM frozen guacamole and low carb nachos.4 -
After house sale 8th Jan, in temp accomm in old lady's house, with ancient cooker & hob, small fridge & limited freezer space. Missing my own kitchen but hoping to move again in 2 weeks, so trying to keep it simple.
Last night was baked salmon with wasabi mayo & breadcrumb topping, new spuds, asparagus & sweetcorn. Followed by (bargain) Co-op GF salted caramel profiteroles with chocolate sauce & fresh raspberries.
Tonight I'm making Greek pork tavas (one pot meal but enough to freeze for us both again), remaining profiteroles, raspberries & banana.
Almost wine (or rather G&T) o'clock to calm the house move stress6 -

Last night we treated ourselves to a takeaway curry from our favourite restaurant - it was sooo nice.
Tonight I made cod in parsley sauce with buttery mash and peas, followed by a HM meringue topped with cream, tinned pears and toffee sauce.4 -
We had kebabs tonight, made husband a lamb kebab using the recipe from takeaway secret. Half went in freezer.
Daughter had some vegan kebab mix, I had grilled halloumi.
Served with spicy rice, sweet potato wedges, mushrooms, chopped salad and pitta breads.3
