    We had, pie, chips, peas and gravy. It was delicious.
  • Yesterday had turkey tortilla's for dinner, first time in ages - OH got creative making 'peri-nnaise' with regular mayo, some very aggressive garlic mayo and sweet chilli sauce - definitely a success.

    Tonight is tuna pasta bake, as I want something easy, if I get my act together we'll have mincemeat and apple tart for pudding.

  • Last night I had steak in a creamy garlic sauce with mushrooms and onions with salad.

    Tonight it is a HM chilli with melted cheese from the freezer with HM frozen guacamole and low carb nachos.

    Last night we treated ourselves to a takeaway curry from our favourite restaurant - it was sooo nice.

    Tonight I made cod in parsley sauce with buttery mash and peas, followed by a HM meringue topped with cream, tinned pears and toffee sauce.

    We had kebabs tonight, made husband a lamb kebab using the recipe from takeaway secret. Half went in freezer. 
    Daughter had some vegan kebab mix, I had grilled halloumi.
    Served with spicy rice, sweet potato wedges, mushrooms, chopped salad and pitta breads.
