Made leek and chestnut mushroom pasties with the now usual for me patchwork pastry.  :'(
I've got plenty of filling left so I'm going to have another go tomorrow I think. I've got some marinated tofu in the fridge that needs using so might add that to the filling as well.
Also have some y/s cherry toms so will be making Nigella's moonblush tomatoes tonight while I sleep.
    Sweet dreams all, goldfinches.

  • Ooh those leek and mushrooms sound delicious goldfinches. Chestnut mushrooms are my fave 😋
Making fish finger wraps for lunch and a batch of raspberry muffins to stick in whilst the oven is on. Tonight we’re having roasted chicken thighs in a traybake with onions & peppers, served with l/o mustard mash, red cabbage and stuffing from the freezer.

  • I've had stir fry vegetables with spicy peanut butter sauce, no carb noodles and salmon cooked in soy sauce, ginger and lemon. Had some low carb rocky road for pudding

We had already cooked jacket potatoes cut into quarters, with a little oil and baked, with vegetable chilli.
  • I’ve got some bacon in the fridge getting air dried so thought I’d make carbonara tonight but with milk and not cream. Yum
