  • We had pesto pasta last night, using up a rogue chicken breast, 2 inches of chorizo, half a punnet of mushrooms and the dregs of a carton of double cream (ooh, I make it sound so appetising! 😁), with garlic bread from the freezer. Clean plates all round. 
    Not sure re tonight as DH is off at his mum’s to take her for the vaccine (she lives alone 150 miles away & is in our bubble) so I may well treat the kids to that takeaway I’ve been threatening for the past two weeks 🤔

    We are having wraps to use up bits and also the chicken I roasted last night. 
    Will keep two wraps for tomorrow a.m to make breakfast wraps. 
    Some chicken left over to for Chinese chicken curry tomorrow night.

    I had an oven baked salmon fillet cooked lemon, butter and a splash of LO prosecco.  With broccoli and new potatoes (spuds from a bit of a sprouty bag in a Lidl veg box, might have to do something with the rest sooner rather than later)

  • Had bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with garlic cheese and spinach sliced up with salad and grilled halloumi.

    Husband had haddock in breadcrumbs, oven chips and tinned peas.
    I had jacket potato, tomato, hard boiled egg, cheese and coleslaw.
    Daughter had a vegan burger in a bagel with salad and oven chips.
