Yesterday I took 3 cooked sausages - FF + packet of speciality stuffing mix - ood + 2 hard boiled eggs + some of a jar of caramalised red onion chutney  + made some short crust pastry to make 2 pies. Used my vintage sandwich tins. We had pie for dinner and 3 day's meals have gone in the freezer.

@goldfinches I make my own dressing, apple cider vinegar, garlic flavoured olive oil from aldi, a bit of mustard  a bit of honey and a big shake.
Tonight its salmon and prawn pasta with broccoli and tomatoes. No garlic bread, we haven't got any, and we haven't got any bread to make it.

I'm following an idea I saw on instagram... just fry some leeks, add a few tablespoons of flour and slowly add milk as you stir, chuck in some cheese, a dollop of mustard and some frozen prawns then top with mashed potato and cook in the oven.
I thought it sounds lovely, and easy too!
