    Back to the veggie lasagne today with peas. That's the large square dish finished. There are two more individual portions I intended to freeze...except our freezer somehow seems quite full.

    spicy (harissa) lamb mince with cauli rice and green beans (not quite a match made in heaven - but its what we had) 
    I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
    Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
    Smiling and waving and looking so fine
  • Soy and sweet chilli veggie middle stir fry, served with some ‘Chinese’ coated chicken I had in the freezer from Christmas.

    Had a night off cooking - fish and chips from chippy.
    Last night I did Frikadellen + lo chips + mushrooms/tomatoes + fried egg.

    Husband cooked I supervised. He made a vegetable and bean chilli, with  rice and some oven baked flatbreads. A bit too spicy for me but it was very nice.
