all very exotic above, we had cheese on sourdough toast as just fancied it  (sourdough as its the least carby somehow) its not the cheapest but under £1 at lidl for a loaf doesn't break the bank

Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine

Daughter was up last night unwell after her kebab. So she just had some soup for her dinner.  I did feel a little sorry for her, but could have done without the disturbed sleep.
Husband had some beef, I had nut roast with Yorkshire pudding, gravy, green beans, kale, cauliflower and roasted potatoes, carrots, parsnips and onions.
  • Jacket potatoes, haslet and a mixed salad followed by apple crumble and custard.

Oh no, is she feeling better now?
Tonight may be stir fry - I have some pepper veg to put in it and sauce, but just depends if the noodles I've hoiked out of the freezer have defrosted by dinnertime or not.

Going to be making a katsu curry sauce, with some chicken thighs that I'll coat in breadcrumbs, and some rice and broccoli.
