  • Felt like a change from freezer fodder so  knocked up some chicken fajitas, with HM guacamole and cheese. Was lovely and fairly quick. Even got enough left to freeze for another desperate 'freezer fodder' meal in future!

    We are having pie, husbands is steak and daughter and I are having quorn and mushroom. With peas and broccoli.
    Have used leftover pastry to make some sausages rolls.

  • Last night we had HM chicken ramen with gyoza and bao buns. Tonight we had Aldi frozen lasagne, garlic bread and broccoli.

  • I made minced beef, onion and celeriac pie, which was a low carb version of meat and potato pie and a good substitute. Had a chocolate muffin made with almond flour for pudding.
