Last night we had orzo pasta with chicken and veg. It was my second time having orzo pasta. My first time was at work a few weeks ago.
Tonight is pizza bought yellow sticker bargain last night and HM wedges and a chicken wing each from a bag of two left in the freezer.

Husband and daughter had seabass with chorizo, tomatoes, prawns and spinach. I had smoked haddock topped with spinach and cheese. With baby potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and peas.

Lots of YS bargains and leftovers to use up, which all got thrown into the wok to make a prawn, shredded pork, beansprout, shredded veg, noodle and egg stir fry with a sachet of chow mein sauce. It was really tasty!
I made an almond and apricot frangipane sponge flan for this week’s puds.3 -
Ikea meatballs (from the feeezer, I didn't break into store
), with broccoli and sliced fried potatoes. Dollop of cranberry sauce with the meatballs too. Yum.

All been a bit bonkers at work so two nights of freezer stuff using batch cooked items. Last night had lasagne and salad and tonight I had chicken, cauliflower cheese and some roast fennel. On half term next week so will make some nice meals then.3

I made a chicken and vegetable pie in the week which we had for a family meal (me, partner and my two step sons). It's just me and my partner today so we're having leftover pie, with chips and either peas or beans, just to use stuff up!3

Simple dinner tonight - I'm making a thin Indian-spiced omelette which is then wrapped up with a bit of salad in a tortilla. Mister CJ will probably want more to eat than this, so I might make a few chips to go with it for him.3
