Am interested in hints for using orange lentils in burgers thst don't make them  go too mushy.  Perhaps  green lentils might have a better texture for this type of mixture ?

  • We had marinated tofu and then a noodle stir-fry with various veg and Chinese Belly pork. More Chinese food tomorrow to continue Chinese new year celebration.
  • I made the Hairy Dieter’s low cal chicken tikka masala, which is delicious but creates a lot of washing up! Next time I’m making double sauce and freezing half 😁 Served with rice, naan and a tomato/onion salad.
