  • last night I had salt and pepper chicken wings with HM coleslaw and tonight I made beef brisket with shallots and garlic served with swede puree, grilled fennel, brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Also had a chocolate brownie for pudding.

    We are having spicy chicken thighs, coleslaw, pizza, stuffed baked potato, breaded mushrooms and salad.

    HM chilli with yoghurt and cheese.  just right for warming meal as its well below zero outside

    We had tinned potatoes + hm bacon/beans/cheese pastie + tinned tomatoes for dinner. Made a rhubarb crumble and soda bread while oven was on.

    tonight we will push the boat at Sainsbury's - Valentine Meal for two - scallops - salmon en croute - key lime cheeecake + a small box of chocolates, but we will try to make them last
