I had mushroom quiche, lots of eggs to use up. It also does lunches for a few days.
Husband had some ham and a small piece of mushroom quiche. With salad and baby potatoes.
Daughter had a chicken Kiev, corn on cob, salad and a warmed up jacket potato.3 -
Quorn pepper steaks, home made coleslaw and onion rice with fresh fruit salad for dessert.3

We're having shepherd's pie tonight, home made and frozen a few weeks back, to be served with French beans which were home grown and frozen last September. I'm trying to free up space in the freezer, but I'm sure what's in there magically expands to fill the room available. It never seems to look any emptier - what's THAT all about??!5
