We had roast pork and all the trimmings yesterday, and today I am going to make pulled pork baps with the leftover meat and some homemade barbecue sauce. Might rustle up a few naughty chips to go with it, just to offset the salad. :)

Had the jab on Saturday and no appetite after a restless night so skipped dinner.

Daughter was up last night unwell after her kebab. So she just had some soup for her dinner.  I did feel a little sorry for her, but could have done without the disturbed sleep.
Husband had some beef, I had nut roast with Yorkshire pudding, gravy, green beans, kale, cauliflower and roasted potatoes, carrots, parsnips and onions.
Oh no, is she feeling better now?
Tonight may be stir fry - I have some pepper veg to put in it and sauce, but just depends if the noodles I've hoiked out of the freezer have defrosted by dinnertime or not.
She is a lot better this morning, thank you, she cant decide if it was the kebab or too much chocolate.  She got up at 7.30am to scrape the snow off her car to go to work.
She joined us for dinner which was some leftover roasted veg with a topping of breadcrumbs and cheese, chicken and corn on the cob. ( I had some quorn nuggets)
  • Cauliflower parmigiana with sweet potato oven wedges and a choc ice to follow, possibly a cup of coffee.

Glad she's feeling better. My money would be on the kebab but who knows - could just be one of those things where she picked something up from somewhere.
Not sure what tonight will be here - prob need to use up some cooked potatoes so will fry those with something. I have a Pilates class til 7.15 (online) so need something quick / easy after that.
