There were problems with the original thread in that it disappeared and could not be reinstated. So a new thread was created and we all started again, unfortunately that thread also seems to have joined it's predecessor. So here's a new one. We need to hear about Suki's lamb casserole and Island Maid is back from Amsterdam…

@sams247 that sounds nice. I was wondering about doing tonight's salmon in the oven - will need to check if we have a lemon and, if we do, if I'm allowed to use it. Lemon's are normally for OH's G&Ts or other cocktails! Planning on cooking up some courgette from a local farm, and some new potatoes. We haven't been eating many potatoes of late so this little bag of newbies need eating - I'll likely cook them all and we'll have the left overs tomorrow either for breakfast with our eggs or for dinner as a potato salad.
