    Jersey royals and some ragu type thingy from the freezer stores. Went rather nicely together. 
    Slice of date, walnut and Guinness loaf later.
    Also made the base for a shepherds pie, used the LO Guinness also and a good handful or two of lentils to stretch it further. Will either add a tin of peas and carrots, or one of each tomorrow then portion with potato and freeze.

    Smoked mackerel and Greek salad for lunch and then tonight homemade chicken biryani , bhajis and raita.

    IM, never let man look at your shoe stack! My OH unpacked them when we moved house and he STILL holds it over me-5 years later!
    For lunch I had the leftover duck confit from Sunday. Was soo nice!
    For tea, we had salmon with roast veg Spanish style. Made with spice mix I bought in Gran Canaria on holidays.
