We have a busy morning planned in the garden with much digging and weeding before the rain comes in, so I’ll be doing quick and easy meals today. Lunch will be a toasted sandwich, and supper tonight will be stir fried veg with some chicken and a handful of prawns served with noodles dressed with sesame oil.
