Freezer diving for lunch and supper today so I currently have no idea what will surface but I have to make some space as we have a delivery on Tuesday and I have ordered some frozen items that will need to go into the freezer.3

I’m not sure about lunch yet - the menu plan had today down as home made sausage rolls, but it’s way too warm and sunny for that so we’ll probably just have a ham salad sandwich.
Supper tonight will be pan fried salmon with garlicky new potatoes and asparagus, followed by strawberries and cream.5 -

Sorry, yesterday was madness.we had sandwiches (as had fresh bread) for lunch, with parma ham and tomato&feta salad.then OH waited up the queue at local fish&chips that reopened. oh it was nice!! Had late breakfast today, so just banana&tart for lunch and made Hairy dieters chicken jalfrezi for tea on OH's request. Another recipe that stayed on our regular list of dinners from the time we were dieting.6

First time post I'm using up half empty packets of rice and pasta and some frozen veg from the freezer to add to the table. Hubby bought steaks and burgers today as a treat and a disposable BBQ. So I will be able to use up limp scallions and peppers that are already in the fridge and some of that fancy salad dressing that he also bought on a whim 🙈
Tomorrow's chicken is already out of the freezer for a roast chicken dinner.6 -
I didn’t feel very hungry at lunch so I just had a fresh fruit salad, Mr M had some cheese and crackers too. Tonight we had SP wedges, salad with a garlic and lemon pork schnitzelWell Behaved women seldom make history
