Lunch will be a filled fish cake with salad. DH has some mince out to defrost for dinner but I'm not sure what he's making.Spend less now, work less later.4

chips and fried egg for lunch
planning to have pasta bacon type thing for dinner but not tomato based, just going to wing the sauce..i have a good choice of veg to use as well as stocked up yesterday, hopefully it should be tasty.5 -
For lunch we had the last of the carrot and chilli soup that I made yesterday, with a slice of cheese on toast.
I’ve defrosted some jumbo peeled prawns for dinner tonight, which I’ll stir fry with garlic and red chilli, add some cooked tagliatelle and finish with a swirl of cream. Quick and easy!5 -
For lunch we had soup with prawn hargraw (is it how you spell it?)
For tea,we ordered first take away of lockdown-pizza! Having a quiz night via Zoom tonight,so something stodgy to balance the wine is in order🙈3 -
Been a busy day,so we had ready meals today.
Chicken tikka masala with pilau rice for hubby.

Dinner today is sliced baguette with cream cheese , topped with walnuts, sultanas and chopped dates, drizzle of honey.
Sounds wacky but its delicious. Home made carrot cake for dessert

We had beef curry, rice, spring rolls and prawn crackers.
Tomorrow roast chicken dinner with all the usual, started working and stopped contributing as by the time I got home it was later! Now since being on furlough should be contributing more! Though do read along though not logged in! Xx5 -
