For lunch I had leftovers pork mince chinese stew and he had ready made M&S pasta dish I found in the freezer🙈
Had a kind of lasange tonight, defrosted a portion of mince ragu, put a layer of roast peppers and spinach, then a layer of lasagne sheets, then the mince, then another pasta sheet, then white sauce and baked in the oven.
Should've prob covered in foil as the white sauce kind of cooked off and some of the top layer of pasta wasn't really cooked enough but it was ok. Poss the same tomorrow.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

More leek and potato soup for lunch today with a piece of raised pork pie to save on bread and supper this evening is the luxury of choice between quarter pounder burgers or pork loin steaks as we had a Tesco delivery last night and both are in the fridge I feel rich in food. I don't know which we'll have but it will be with a jacket potato if it's the burger or frozen roasties and veg if it's the pork.5

Mushrooms on toast for lunch today, and tonight we’ll be finishing up the roasted vegetable tagliatelle from yesterday (which was very nice).7
