Tonight I'm making Butter Chicken from your recipe, Islandmaid. Really looking forward to it!

Puddings over the next few days will be apple based as I have a few Bramleys which need using up. I was thinking of slicing them and topping with an almond sponge, some kind of apple frangipane thingy. Might be nice with custard as a warming comfort dessert now the weather has turned so much cooler!
  • The last of the leek and potato soup for lunch today with german sausages and bauernbrot(country bread) and Curry ketchup and German mustard.  Supper tonight will be a repeat of last night which was delicious,

For lunch I had leftover red thai curry rice with some xtra added mangetout for bite.
OH had beans on toast. Last piece of bread in the house, will have to bake one tonight as a tesco delivery booked for Monday and need something until then!
For tea I am making prawn&chorizzo tomato base linguine. Cannot wait. One of my favourite dishes.
