Have a head of broccoli to use up so tonight it's a broccoli pasta bake for me, making some kind of sauce out of the little bits of cream cheese and actual cheese I have left.

Just had some soup from the freezer for lunch. The soup had a selection of veg, mince and butter beans in it and appeared to be tomato based. I added some spaghetti to bulk it up. Honestly not sure what we are having for dinner. Am aiming to hit the supermarket later to get fruit and veg at least, because we have two guinea pigs. so possibly will wait until after to decide on dinner. I still have some soup left so might have that if feeling peckish before going shopping, depending on the time.
  • Soup and apple and blueberry crumble for lunch today and supper will be home made sweet potato falafels with a red cabbage based salad in some pitta breads (if I can find the pack I put into the big chest freezer) or in some home made flat breads.
