French onion soup for lunch with a cheese toast in the top and a small bowl each of leftover fresh fruit salad from last night's supper and supper tonight will be some jumbo cod fish fingers that have surfaced in the freezer with a reheated jacket potato and some frozen peas. Isn't it funny, frozen peas has become my treat of the week, we're nursing our supplies along and I only allow once a week consumption!5

Dinner will be chilli with jacket potato and then enough left for the same again tomorrow. Some fresh pineapple and blueberries to finish up as well.
Have made a fruit/veg list for when the greengrocer opens tomorrow so hope he's been to market!

Lunch was waffles, mackerel, and spinach (which seems to be never ending). Tonight I am going to make pasta bake, with smoked pork sausage, veg, and the spinach mentioned above. Have a jar of 4 cheese sauce, should be nice in the pasta bake. Unfortunately, we don't have any cheese, but plenty of crisps, so will put a crisp topping on it. Haven't opened our Easter eggs yet, because after having the cherry pie with the last of the chocolate orange vienetta, we thought the last thing we needed was Easter egg
.... so have it to look forward to today instead if we want something sweet.

Vegan sausage rolls this evening as neither of us were really hungry. I had one with LO beans, OH just had two sausage rolls.
Braved town today for the first time in several weeks (certainly the last time i was in there was no official social distancing). Was a bit odd, but largely not too stressful and actually quite nice to get out and do something that felt semi-normal. Also didn't have that post apocalyptic feel about it that the media seems to enjoy hyping. There were toilet rolls galore and even some hand wash.
Oh and i wanted to pick up some specific mixed beans from Sainsbury's for chilli...it would appear given then entire tray on shelf looking a little lonely...they are not the general bean of popular choiceFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
