Lunch today was a ham and tomato sandwich, followed by a blueberry muffin. Dinner tonight is chicken, stuffing either mash or roasties, spring greens, carrots broccoli. We usually have roasties on Sunday, but fancying doing mash so I can make bubble and squeak tomorrow with some sausages. Any Leftover chicken will be used up in paella later in the week.

Thoroughly fed up with this lockdown this weekend, even though the shops wouldn't be open today anyway.
However, dusting off my big girl pants... dinner tonight will be some kind of roast concoction as i mentioned roast potatoes to OH. So I've got some slices turkey and bread sauce out of the freezer for me (from xmas), he'll have Quorn nuggets and I'll do some boiled veg with mine to use up some remaining sad cauli and carrots. I expect being the adventurous chap OH is...he'll have beans.
