I had a small portion of that vege haggis concoction thing from the freezer, with a couple of LO frankfurters, peas and gravy. The haggis thingy was a bit like mash.
Not sure how many portions of that are left, it could be one...or two.
Planning to make some HM stock this week to free up a bit of space in the freezer (bags of chicken carcasses are taking up a draw atm, if i use two for stock that will free some room).
Keep forgetting its a long weekend coming up...expect i will be cleaning and painting like half the country!

Carrot and coriander soup for lunch with a bacon sandwich as I have some streaky I've been sitting on in the fridge that needs using in the next few days. I shall use the rest of it to make a big quiche to have cold with soup at lunchtime for the next few days too as I have some eggs to use by the 11th. Supper tonight will be fish fingers from the freezer, home made oven chips and mushy peas from a tin and some of the prune and cherry compote I made yesterday with some Greek yoghurt.5

I’ve got 6 days off work now 👍 can spoil DH’s time at home 🤣
We’re having chicken curry tonight with brown rice. Got some bread rising which will be lunch with some Pate that needs using by tomorrow. Might even bake some biscuits if the mood strikes 😉Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I have made some shortcrust and will use it to make some pasties for lunch today, filled with the last chunk of Sunday’s roast pork minced up and added to some diced onion, sweet potato, peas and probably some curry spices.
Supper will be the last of the sweet and sour pork I made earlier in the week, served with egg noodles drizzled with toasted sesame oil. White chocolate cheesecake topped with defrosted mixed berries for pud.
Luckily I have plenty of gardening to do so I can work off some of those calories!4 -
I have some of the chilli thing left from last night, so I am going to add some water, and pasta and turn it into a soup for lunch. Will have that with some cheesy rolls. they look like mini sausage rolls but the filling is cheese. Dinner is going to be chicken wings with cous cous and I will mix some veg into the couscous.6
