I had a small portion of that vege haggis concoction thing from the freezer,  with a couple of LO frankfurters, peas and gravy. The haggis thingy was a bit like mash.
Not sure how many portions of that are left, it could be one...or two.
Planning to make some HM stock this week to free up a bit of space in the freezer (bags of chicken carcasses are taking up a draw atm, if i use two for stock that will free some room).
Keep forgetting its a long weekend coming up...expect i will be cleaning and painting like half the country!

I have made some shortcrust and will use it to make some pasties for lunch today, filled with the last chunk of Sunday’s roast pork minced up and added to some diced onion, sweet potato, peas and probably some curry spices.

Supper will be the last of the sweet and sour pork I made earlier in the week, served with egg noodles drizzled with toasted sesame oil. White chocolate cheesecake topped with defrosted mixed berries for pud.

Luckily I have plenty of gardening to do so I can work off some of those calories!
