Any said:For tea tonight we are having Hairy bikers sausage stew with butterbeans and leftover sourdough bread from yesterday. Cannot wait already. I made it on Saturday as the sausages needed cooking. Every time I make it I think I should make this way more often!

We've had boiled eggs and toast for lunch and I'm attempting parsnip and apple soup for tonight - a Hai*y B*kers recipe that I've not made before. I also found a 2018 packet of creme caramel mix in the cupboard so have made that up for pudding and will make flapjacks and cookies this afternoon.4

Sunday afternoon for lunch we had potato croquettes, beans and bacon. It was lovely. Sunday evening was a take away. Anyway, onward and upward, trying to be healthier tonight. I am anticipating cooking chicken, using up the last of the potatoes and mixing them with carrots as a mash. Then using the last of the spring greens, some frozen Yorkshire puddings and might make some packet stuffing. If we want something in a way of a pudding there is currently an opened tin of biscuits.5

Sunday we had salad, requested by husband. I made a potato salad and a pasta salad to go with prawns, chicken wings and boiled eggs, with a green salad. Leftovers for lunch today.
Daughter had been shopping for toiletries, and came back with flour. So I made a boiled fruit loaf, banana muffins and a lemon cake. Havent been able to get flour for over three weeks.
Tonight we had sausage, mash, onion gravy, broccoli, green beans and some leftover Yorkshire puddings from the freezer. Clean plates from all of us.
Husband cooking tomorrow, he is making gnocchi with roasted veg and chorizo.5
