The rest of the lentil dish that we didn't eat last night, neither of us was hungry so HWK had cheese and oatcakes and I had fruit compote and Greek yoghurt rather than a full meal.4

Prawns for us tonight too - it must be Crustacean Saturday! I sautée chopped onion, garlic and red chilli, add a bag of large prawns and a couple of spiralised courgettes, swirl in some cream and season with salt and plenty of black pepper. Nom Nom.

Made thai red curry with some pak choi that was lurking in thr fridge, a lone spring onion, some pepper from the freezer and a couple of white fish fillets that were also in the freezer. Bay leaves from DM home.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I’m making a meatloaf, which will feed us for tonight and tomorrow. Served with creamy mash, steamed green veg and onion gravy.6

I cooked a tray of jacket potatoes yesterday so we'll have some of those reheated with a filling for lunch and supper tonight will be soup with dumplings and a pudding, probably a crumble with fruit from the freezer.6

Beef stew and herb dumplings today, not going out, will open wine, hoping enough leftovers for a replay with roasties minus wine through the week 👍Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Last night's meal worked so well we will repeat it all today, soup with dumplings and crumble made a very nice supper and filled us up nicely.5
