Mmm tartiflette, that might have to go on the menu

Last night was a salad of sorts (celery cucumber hummus grated carrot) a few oven chips and sticky chicken bits

    Lunch BP with egg mayo

Im hosting for 5 people, 1 vegetarian on Saturday, I think I would prefer we all ate the same rather than separate for the meaters. What to do! Prefer a bake or something that can be bunged back in the oven to serve with say salad and garlic bread but preferably not lasagne – help!

What about aubergine parmigiana, or is that too close to lasagna?
