OH has largely been picking and is in danger of turning into a slice of toast.
Friday i had a jacket spud with cheese n beans before we went out out...which resulted in me feeling more than a little fragile yesterdayso no cooking was done at all.
Today i did the much mentioned stir fry after making up for yesterday and dragging my backside on a 9mile run...which i misjudged leaving myself a 2mile walk to the car....in the rain
Also roasted a chicken for the feline (she's been turning her nose up when i boingt some pre cooked shop slices) so tomorrow I'll be stripping the carcass and bunging that aside for stock.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Not feeling well today, migraine. Husband away so just me and daughter.
She offered to fetch a takeaway, but I put some aunt Bessie roast potatoes, nut cutlets and a cauliflower cheese in the oven. Lay on the sofa for 35 mins, microwaved some peas, boiled the kettle for gravy. Easy.

I'm going to do a veggie version of toad (roast veg in batter, not veggie sausages as I don't buy them) and cauli cheese. Might push the boat out and make onion gravy if I don't run out of enthusiasm.Avoiding plastic, palm oil, UPF and Nestlé5 -
