Vegetable lasagne last night courtesy of Tesc0s - very lazy but just what I fancied.

had soft boiled egg and soliders at lunchtime,
I keep seeing crumble, might have to do a wee crumble, tonight it is chicken in a garlic and mushroom sauce with rice, later on in the week it will be HM quiche and salad and another chicken dish. Trying to mix things up so its not the same things over and over

I am making Japanese style noodles tonight, well the 9 year old has asked to cook so she will be making it while I hover. This is a recent addition to our meal schedule and it is a big hit with everyone in the house which is good as there can be some fussiness.6

Using up the LO lamb from yesterday to make a shepherds pie. Have got some carrots and half a swede in the fridge so will cook and mash them together to top the shepherds pie. Will serve with some cabbage & green beans.

We had vegetable casserole (onions, mushrooms, garlic, carrots, sweet potato, swede, celeriac and, randomly, some L/O baked beans from the fridge) with mash, cauli and broccoli.Avoiding plastic, palm oil, UPF and Nestlé6

I feel the need for something comforting so tonight I am making a big dish of Tartiflette, which will feed us tomorrow night as well.6

DD1 and baby coming over so lunch will be jacket potatoes with egg mayonnaise and salad and supper this evening will be the last of the soup and crumble.5
