We all had mashed potatoes, fried onions, cabbage, mushy peas, gravy. Yorkshire puddings
Daughter and i had Linda McCartney sausages
Husband had leftover pork from yesterday in gravy.
I also defrosted an apple crumble, which we shared with some custard.

Ooh, I love faggots and gravy (but sadly Mister C J hates them, so I seldom get to buy any).

Tonight I am making some Senegalese Yassa chicken. I found the recipe somewhere in the archives in this site, but there are similar ones online so today's version is probably an amalgam of both! It's chicken cooked in stock with lemon, Scotch bonnet chilli, garlic, onions, bay leaves, and mustard.

What was the quorn mince cooked with? If it's cooked right then you really shouldn't be able to tell much difference to normal mince.
it was in a ww style lasagna
