Had a good friend round last night so
Cowboy pie (beef mince, baked beans veg, garlic, tinned tomatoes, assorted chopped veg inc carrots, courgette, onion, leek and mushrooms, worcester sauce and paprika, sliced potatoe lid with grated cheese and more paprika), sprouts, baby carrots and sweetheart cabbage, A**di strawberry trifle for afters.
Tonight - Homemade pudding fest evening at a friend's house, so my contribution will be a homemade hazelnut meringue torte with raspberries and cream filling.I will be "tasting" as many as possible, but I will need a forklift to get me out of the car when I get home!!

FCA pudding fest sounds like a wonderful idea I may have to steal in the future!We had spinach dahl and rice, and then rice pudding... not my finest meal planning ever!

Carrot and bacon soup for lunch today and a butternut squash, sweet potato, chick pea and spinach curry for supper with basmati rice.3

Roast pork, apple sauce, garlicky creamy parsnip purée, green beans, carrots, mash and gravy.
Some of the carrots will be puréed up and mixed into a jug of overnight oats along with a handful of sultanas - one of my favourite breakfasts.
Some of the leftover pork will be shredded and added to some Reggae Reggae sauce to make some spicy barbecue pulled pork baps with coleslaw and salad for tomorrow night’s Quick and Easy Monday night’s supper.3 -
