Have got some chicken thighs out of the freezer.  Not sure what I'm going to do with them but maybe a sweet and sour with rice.

Roast pork, apple sauce, garlicky creamy parsnip purée, green beans, carrots, mash and gravy.

Some of the carrots will be puréed up and mixed into a jug of overnight oats along with a handful of sultanas - one of my favourite breakfasts.

Some of the leftover pork will be shredded and added to some Reggae Reggae sauce to make some spicy barbecue pulled pork baps with coleslaw and salad for tomorrow night’s Quick and Easy Monday night’s supper.
  • HM  pizza with garlic bread side.
