We have some leftover green Thai curry from Sunday. It was rather hot :open_mouth: so I think I am going to cook some rice (quite a lot of rice) and fork it through, and make a spicy risotto thing. Might add some more frozen peppers and some cooked egg strips? DS is eating the spicy roast veg that we had Sunday too with egg & bacon for lunch. We do make good use of any leftovers even if I say so myself LOL it saves us SO MUCH MONEY!

I made a chicken and vegetable hotpot from the Sunday roast leftovers, and it was huuuuuge so we'll be having more of that tonight.

Haven't been posting as can't view the forum on my tablet - however Veggie chilli was a big success.
Last night was a RTC chicken, leek and ham hock pie (for me not OH being veggie) from the CoOp with some peas. Very nice it was too.
