We have some leftover green Thai curry from Sunday. It was rather hot
so I think I am going to cook some rice (quite a lot of rice) and fork it through, and make a spicy risotto thing. Might add some more frozen peppers and some cooked egg strips? DS is eating the spicy roast veg that we had Sunday too with egg & bacon for lunch. We do make good use of any leftovers even if I say so myself LOL it saves us SO MUCH MONEY!

I made a chicken and vegetable hotpot from the Sunday roast leftovers, and it was huuuuuge so we'll be having more of that tonight.3

Haven't been posting as can't view the forum on my tablet - however Veggie chilli was a big success.
Last night was a RTC chicken, leek and ham hock pie (for me not OH being veggie) from the CoOp with some peas. Very nice it was too.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I admit to having help to get here in the first place but I'm not having problems with this new format, I find the colours much easier to deal with than the original replacement for the old green screens and it's very similar in how it works too. The only thing I've not found yet is how to ignore posters I don't find acceptable and how to delete a post but I'm fairly sure someone somewhere will know how to do both these things.
I've got some sausages out of the freezer (I pack them in 4's as there are normally only two of us) and I will serve them in onion gravy with roast new potatoes, steamed broccoli and in a giant Yorkshire pud because I still have a couple left in the freezer from Christmas. Made an apple, pear and plum crumble last night so if it's needed we'll have that after with some custard.

We had pasta, for the first time ever I did not have a full bag in the cupboard. So we had twists, shells, penne and bows, all leftover bottom of the bags. Daughter had bacon and chicken. Husband and I had tuna with loads of veg. With wilted spinach.5

Tonight I will be making a courgette and ricotta puff pastry tart, which we will have with salad.6
