    a healthy curry from the coop last night as late in, today away with ham salad sandwiches for a packed lunch and no odea for tonight, another late night. have been sticking to 1500 calories though
  • DD1 and baby coming for the day so I have made rib sticking baked bean soup for lunch and will go and get some bakery cakes for afterwards. Supper this evening just for the two of us will be pasta or gnocchi with tomato sauce and grated cheese along with a green salad.
