  • Started with toast and marmalade followed by a 2 hour walk. Naughty National Trust cafe visit afterwards and had chocolate fudge cake slice and tea for lunch, wiping out any good from the walk, but it was luverly. Mixed salad with ham and potatoes for dinner. Out later so a few drinkies and nibbly bits, yum!!

Breaded haddock, mash and mixed veg.
No idea what OH had as I was still working.

Vegan 'meatballs' pasta bake tomorrow I have instructed OH we are having.

Got a few bits in Lidl today to stock up the cupboards with but really cba with food / cooking ATM so nothing was inspiring me. Got some pak choi to make some chicken noodle soup with (cat turned her nose up at the chicken as evidently it was the wrong type of chicken) so that will use up a few bits. Also planning to make some chilli and might whip some pumpkin pur!e (just a little tub) out of the freezer and mix that in the pasta bake tomorrow too.
