Breaded prawns with sweet chilli dip and some LO vegetable rice, both feeed from the freezer.

Picked up some onions today (was very good and avoided the rest of the store) so it will be possible to actually make 'stuff' from the freezer now, though need to do an inventory and plan for what.

Might do vegan burgers with chips and beans and fried onions tomorrow before OH goes to watch the football.

Monday night husband had a repeat of Sunday. I plated up an additional dinner. Daughter didnt eat her sunday dinner on sunday so that also got warmed up in the microwave. I made a quorn bolognese, thinking I would have that as a pasta bake, for two nights but my mum visited and ate a portion.

So tonight husband and daughter had tagliatelle in a spicy tomato sauce, daughter had vegan balls with hers, husband had seafood.
I had a halloumi burger with mushrooms in a pitta bread, a baked sweet potato and a corn on the cob.
